Balance Sheet Management Services provides access to comprehensive fixed income investment accounting services powered by TPG, a leader in fixed income accounting software.

Clients receive downloadable monthly reports in both Excel and pdf formats, providing an institution's sub-ledger accounting documents, general ledger entries, and management reports for distribution to asset-liability committees, investment committees and boards.

 

On a monthly basis, clients also receive the following reports:

  • Inventory and maturity distribution summaries

  • Transaction, safekeeping and pledging reports

  • Interest accrual and payment reconciliation

  • Book value amortization and accretion reconciliation reports

  • General ledger worksheets

  • Independent market value pricing; premium, discount

  • ASC 320 (SFAS 115) accounting

  • Complete call report schedules

  • 12-month cash flow and budget projections

  • Transaction, safekeeping and pledging

  • ABS, MBS and agency collateralized mortgage obligation (CMO) information and prepayment

A staff of dedicated analysts will help guide clients through the conversion process, analyzing the investment portfolio and accurately model each security in our data base. After conversion, the team of analysts will continue to work with the client to assist with any questions.
